Position Summary
Temporary Senior Associate with 6+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, and dashboard development to support Financial Services and Global Banking engagements. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI and/or Tableau, advanced SQL skills, dimensional data modeling experience, and a solid understanding of ETL/ELT processes. This individual will help design, develop, and enhance reporting solutions that support business intelligence, regulatory requirements, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise reporting dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
Build and optimize data models, semantic layers, and reporting datasets to support business and regulatory reporting needs.
Perform complex SQL development, data analysis, validation, and reconciliation activities.
Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable reporting solutions.
Support ETL/ELT processes and data integration activities across multiple source systems.
Develop and implement data quality controls and reporting governance standards.
Create KPIs, metrics, scorecards, and executive-level dashboards.
Troubleshoot reporting issues and perform root cause analysis on data discrepancies.
Support testing, implementation, and production deployment activities.
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in BI reporting, analytics, dashboard development, or data engineering.
Advanced SQL skills with experience working with large, complex datasets.
Strong experience with Power BI and/or Tableau.
Experience with dimensional modeling, data warehousing concepts, and star/snowflake schemas.
Experience with ETL/ELT tools and data integration processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Financial Services, Banking, Capital Markets, or Risk Management experience.
Exposure to regulatory reporting, risk reporting, or data governance initiatives.
Experience with modern cloud data platforms such as Azure, Databricks, Synapse, Fabric, Snowflake, or similar technologies.
Knowledge of data quality controls and reporting governance best practices.
